the next Youth HOTT (Hands On Theatre Training) class...
Roald Dahl's
"Matilda" the Musical Jr.
Who: Performers ages 5-18
Where: Vogelei Barn- 650 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169
When: Classes, which will emphasize and develop all the important skills that a good performer needs,
while rehearsing "Matilda Jr." begin Saturday, September 12th, from 9:30-11:45 AM.
Classes will be held each week, with the exception of some Saturdays.
A full calendar will be given, with no-class days, on the first day.
Auditions will be held on the first day of class.
Audition materials will be sent out via email ahead of time, as well as posted on our website.
It is important you help your young performer(s) prepare their audition,
emphasizing the importance of projection and expression.
ALL class participants will be given a role/roles in the show.
Prior to the first class/auditions, registration must be completed through the Hoffman Estates Park District.
There is $350 tuition fee for Youth HOTT "Matilda Jr.", which runs September 2026-February 2027.

2026 Nutcracker ballet audition information
HOTT Productions, NFP- Helping Others Through Theatre excitedly announces
auditions for the 9th annual Nutcracker Ballet
Prior to auditioning, you must register through the Hoffman Estates Park District (linked below)
as well as fill out the HOTT registration form.
After auditions/casting, a $200 registration fee will be withdrawn from the registered HEParks account.
Where: Triphahn Center, 1685 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169
in the Dance Studio (best accessed through South/back entrance)
When: Sunday August 9th
*audition timeslot based on age:
Ages 3-5; 9:30-10:00 AM
Ages 6-9; 10:15-11:00 AM
Ages 10-12; 1:00-2:15 PM
Ages 13-25; 2:30-4:00 PM

Performances: Thursday, November 19th and Friday, November 20th
